This program brought together dedicated participants from various communities, including Bacolod City, Negros Occidental; Culasi, Antique; Igbaras, Villa, Oton, and Tigbauan in Iloilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training equipped these individuals with essential skills and techniques to serve as Master Reading Instructors (MRIs) in BLESS centers within their localities.
